Blog Tour: Real Time by Jeanine Binder

Title- Real Time
By-  Jeanine Binder
Age Group/Genre- Romance 16+

Blurb-
Twenty-five years of fame comes at a price for Nick, leaving him hard—a machine to produce nothing but his music. True to his British upbringing, he’s very set in his ways. Things are just as he wants them—no deviance.

In steps Kate—a studio musician who, by a strange twist, manages to get hired into his band. Everything starts out with the boundaries firmly placed, and it doesn’t take long for Nick to realize she’s going to change his world. To his surprise, he’s the one who is attracted to her first. She gets under his skin.

Living by the creed that letting people close gets you hurt, Nick stays driven in his commitments. He is a musician, first and foremost, but a turn of events leads him to investing in the recording company who produces his music. Can he handle this new venture, his music, and keep the woman he now loves?

Nick and Kate have both had their issues and seem to be content with who they are at this moment. As Kate joins Nick’s band as a keyboard player they both slowly realize that they are falling for each other. As these emotions take over, it causes all kinds of reactions between them, and neither one knows what to do. Will Nick and Kate find love? Will they be together or apart?
I enjoyed this book tremendously: an easy reading, mellow story which follows attraction between two people who deserve it. No angst here, just a gentle falling in love which touches the heart. I recommend this to people who prefer a more vanilla love story as it will definitely satisfy you. Get this if you are looking for a break from all the sexually driven books out there today. I would like to thank Jeanine Binder for allowing me to read and review her book, it was a pleasant read. I give this book a four star rating, it made my heart smile.

Jeanine Binder grew up in a small town in California on the outskirts of Palm Springs, where the Hollywood celebrities liked to vacation. After thirty years, she packed up, moved to Arkansas where she still lives today. Writing has always been a passion and hoping the next twenty years will bring many enjoyable books for others to read.

Blog Tour: The Dusty Chronicles by BJ Sheldon

Haunting
The Dusty Chronicles # 1
By- BJ Sheldon
Genre- YA Paranormal

After a family tragedy, 15-year-old Dusty Vermeer has to start her sophomore year in a new town and a new school. Rural Iowa introduces her to Mark, a charming football player. Dusty can hardly believe her heart. Then, to her surprise Dusty meets another guy.

The chemistry between Dusty and Jack could spark a prairie fire on a rainy day. The only problem? Jack’s dead. The handsome soldier comes to Dusty in her dreams and introduces her to the horrors of a foreign battlefield and the enchantments of first love.

While Dusty tries to balance her feelings for the two new guys in her life, Jack steps out of Dusty’s dreams and into her reality. And he wants something. Jack has no memory of how he died more than half a century ago. Dusty vows to uncover the mystery, but her quest for justice puts her in the path of evil, a force that won’t stop until she’s silenced.

As the blurb to the book says so well, Jack was indeed after something and Dusty was more than happy to help. Teenagers are in their own way very romantic and well meeting Jack the way she did was romantic, mysterious and he oh so needs her help, what a perfect dreamy happening. Will Dusty be able to help Jack? What was the evil force bound to try and stop her. Grab this book and jump in for all these answers and more.
What a wonderful debut novel from BJ Sheldon! I love the way she just takes hold and runs with this story, I couldn’t stop reading, even when I was so tired my eyes kept closing. Dropping the Kindle on the forehead isn’t so bad but is what happens when you HAVE to know what’s going to happen next. I recommend this book to all lovers of paranormal, I don’t think age will have anything to do with the downright enjoyment of this book. I find myself going to buy the next book because …well I NEED to know, right?
I give this book 4 stars, and thank Ms. Sheldon for allowing me to read and review her book, I will be watching for lots more from you!

Payton doesn't enjoy what she does, but she is very good at it. To be an assassin at the age of 17 and having killed so many people really bothers her. Her link to normalcy is Conner, who she sneaks out to see when she can, allowing her to feel better for a while. When she gets ready to do her 100th mission she gets the surprise of her life and everything goes haywire. What will happen to Payton? Will she survive her botched mission? Just who is a friend and who is an enemy that is the question of the day.
I truly enjoyed this debut novel from Ms. Allan, it was a nicely written story that held my attention from beginning to end. I did find there were a couple characters that I would have liked more rounded out, to know more about them. I will recommend this book to all my friends, it is truly worth reading. It absolutely thrills me to know she is writing another, to watch her grow will be an awesome experience. I want to thank Charyse Allan for the chance to read and review her book, I am excitedly awaiting the next chapter in Payton & Conner's lives. I give this book 4 stars.

Charyse Allan grew up in Arizona dancing and riding horses. She is an avid reader, but didn’t become one until high school. This is also when she realized her passion for writing, however it wasn’t until a couple years into her marriage that she tried her hand at writing a novel.

When she isn’t writing or reading, she can be found in Northern Arizona, tending her garden with her husband and best friend, while their two kids and two crazy dogs run around the yard. Charyse is also a big fan of Holy yoga, juicing and being a vegetarian—she misses bacon like nobody’s business.
